Story
As an award-winning brand, we are renowned for our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Our journey began with the production of waffles, but soon expanded into the art of chocolate making. In 2008, we diversified further, introducing our own line of premium ice cream and sorbets under the esteemed Tipperary Ice Cream brand.
Located in a picturesque rural area on the Carlow-Wicklow border, our company draws inspiration from the beauty of Ireland's garden county - Wicklow, a place renowned for its beautiful Scenery. In 2009, we moved to our current premises from our original location in Baltinglass, Co. Wicklow. This expansion allowed us to not only enhance our production capabilities but also create an immersive visitor experience. Our premises now houses a delightful café, shop and ice cream parlour, inviting visitors of all ages to explore the joy of chocolate-making firsthand.
