Our chocolate workshop is a multi-sensory experience which is both fun and interesting and is enjoyed by all ages; it lasts approx. 1hour 40mins and includes:
- Background to Cocoa growing, harvesting, processing and its journey to becoming chocolate;
- Tastings of different grades of chocolate throughout the workshop to keep your taste buds awake; Smell the cocoa beans and learn lots of interesting facts and figures about chocolate!
- A chocolate making demonstration showing you we make different chocolate products; and
- A hands-on chocolate-making session where you get to make and decorate your very own unique chocolate product to take home with you (including mould);
Booking is essential for workshops. Workshops cost €13.50 per person; family of four €50 with additional family members (per person) at €12.50 each. Group Rates available, groups should call office to book. **Family and Group rates do not apply to Christmas Workshops, which are already our best value workshops all year.**

A Taste of Chocolate Making Golden Ticket voucher – €250 for two

Enjoy learning the background of cocoa and chocolate making, make your very own moulded product with mould to take home; relish samples of various grades of chocolates and flavours, and get hands-on, making fillings and chocolates for yourself to take home. This workshop is suitable for those with a passion for chocolate and wanting a more in-depth knowledge and experience of chocolate making.
Introduction to Chocolate Making – €120
3½ Hours hands-on work and training
This course is suitable for those with a keen interest in cooking or who are planning to work with quality chocolate and make their own products. Participants will learn about tempering chocolate, making ganaches filling, piping chocolates, making moulded chocolates, rolled chocolates and hollow figures. Participants will receive advice on presenting and storing chocolates and on avoiding common problems with chocolate-making.
